Two of the NBA’s biggest (one literally) Mega-stars are having a clash of words. Lebron James is calling Charles Barkley “stupid” in response to remarks Barkley recently made stating King James needs to “shut the hell up” because he isn’t showing respcet for his Cav teammates and for their fans, by already entertaining talks of his free agency after the 2010 season.

If they need me to be Kevin Spacey / Samuel L. Jackson and be the negotiator for this Beef I will. It would only take me to suggest that Lebron send Charles 5000 dozen glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts and Charles send Lebron a naked picture of Jay. Z (no homo)

Chad Ocho Cinco may not be winning on the football field right now but the man knows how to get his Black Friday on!  He got to a Best Buy in Florence, KY at 5:25 in the morning to purchase Rock Band 2, a Cuisinart four-slice toaster and a stereo.

Chad what is up with the Chuck Muncie Goggles, you look like an extra from Beat Street. I knew the economy was in bad shape but really 5:25 in the morning? I quit if I hear that he was out front of the store doing the mime for spare change!!

Now he reportedly took Caroline “Caz” Pal who works at the Moon nightclub in the Palms Casino, back to Baltimore to spend Thanksgiving with his family. What’s the big deal ? Nothing I guess, I just wonder if Phelps Mom knows about her habit of posing topless (Google it) or some of the possibly questionable ventures she’s associated with.

Take the bills -7 at home versus the 49ers. The 49ers will run the ball well but will not be able to pass on the Bills D in that cold weather.

My inside sources in NY contacted me on this one. Take the Broncos + 9 on the road against the Jets.  Too many bandwagon fans have pushed this line higher than it should be, plus the Broncos can play in the cold.

Finally, this is a battle for the division right here!! Take the home team Vikings giving up 3 against the Bears. Adrian Peterson aka ALL DAY will run wild over the Bears like he always does!! Plaxico Burress AKA Chedda Bob Shoots Himself at Night Club

New York Giants receiver Plaxico Burress suffered an accidental gunshot wound Friday night in a club, according to multiple sources.

Fox Sports.com and the New York Daily News reported that Burress accidentally shot himself in the leg and spent the night in the hospital.

Burress suffered the gunshot wound while at The Latin Quarter, a night club in Manhattan, ESPN’s Jeremy Schaap reported.

According to police sources, a report on the incident has not been filed. Detectives have been sent to the hospital and the club to investigate, Schaap reported. Additional details of the incident weren’t immediately available, but according to a source the wound was not considered life-threatening.

Didn’t everyone learn from Puffy that when in The NYC don’t bring your guns to the club. That is what hired security is for. Your not a baller until you can afford security!

Tony Dorsett, one of the football greats of all time, is a very bad tipper, and on top of that he gets drunk and cusses out customers, and treats people very badly. I was working at a restaurant in Orlando Florida, with an NFL theme and I waited on famous people all the time. Tony Dorsett had to be the rudest, most disturbing customer I have ever served: no tip, and on top of that a little 12 year old boy came up to him with a football and asked him by name “Mr. Dorsett, will you sign my football please?” Tony Dorsett told this kid to go fuck himself, how much ruder can one get???

On Thursday November 20th 2008, MLB Owners voted to transfer control of the New York Yankees to Hal Steinbrenner, ending the 35 year reign by his father George.  George was part of a group of investors that purchased the Yankees back in 1973 for only $10 million.  He helped change baseball by being the first to sell the cable rights to broadcast his teams games, and eventually started the Yes Network.  He helped engineer championship teams, grow the popularity of the Yankees, and turned this $10 million investment into a billion dollar empire.  He leaves with little fan fare, as his aging body could no longer take the abuse of such a demanding endeavour.  His sons will take over, and try to continue his legacy, but they have a tall act to follow.  George’s imprint on the sport will never be forgotten, and his legacy will live on.  Goodbye Old Friend, the sport that you love will go on, but you surely will be missed.
