I would have paid to have been a fly on the wall at Hollywood club Myhouse when Joe Francis and Brody Jenner got into it.

Francis was partying around the same area as Brody,

his girlfriend and some friends were. Paris Hilton and new boyfriend Doug Reinhardt were also with Brody.

Francis was being his usual prick self, and was treating all the females in Brody’s clique like dirt. He was being really rude and seemed all jacked up. A source described him as “over the top.” So, according to Brody,

Francis keeps running into his girlfriend, Jayde, over and over. Faking as if he is accidentally knocking into her, but he keeps doing it.

HeyKobe.com has just been informed that Charles Barkley will only be serving 3 days in Tent City (an Arizona Jail). Barkley was originally sentenced to 10 days in jail but had that reduced to 5 on the understanding that he complete an alcohol awareness program. He will begin serving his now 3 day sentence on March 21 at the Tent City Jail.

HOUSTON — Shaquille O’Neal is still seething about Stan Van Gundy criticizing him for allegedly flopping, even after the Orlando coach apologized.

“Don’t play with me,” O’Neal said Friday morning, where the Suns were preparing to play Yao Ming and the Rockets in the evening. “Seriously, don’t play with me. Like I said earlier, I don’t like frontrunners. I think he used the wrong choice of words. Flopping means that, hey, Shaq does that all the time. The rules say, you take it in the middle, you’ve got to fall back. And that’s what I did.”

The Flop Flap started Tuesday night, when Shaq and the Phoenix Suns played the Magic in Orlando. Dwight Howard made a spin move in the third quarter, O’Neal fell trying to draw an offensive foul, and Howard easily dunked.

Lauren Conrad opens up about her decision to leave The Hills after five seasons in the newest issue of Us Weekly, on stands now.

“You see us on the show and we appear to have seminormal lives, but if you watch any entertainment news show, half of the cast is being swarmed by paparazzi,” the 23-year-old says. “I’m excited to go back to having just one life, because there were times that I got them confused.

Look back on Lauren Conrad’s 22 years of drama.

But the decision to leave is still “bittersweet,” she says. “I’ve spent the last five years making every decision be about the show. People I date have to be able to film, the places I work have to let us film and the places I live have to have set lighting.”

Conrad — who has branched out as a fashion designer and author — continues: “I loved doing it and had so much fun, but it came to a point where I had done it long enough.”

Coolio who (like the Maloof brothers )was flying Southwest Airlines,  was going through security at LAX,  when security noticed he had crack cocaine on him. While he was being detained , Coolio who’s real name is Artis Leon Ivey Jr got loud and physical with security. He was arrested and  booked.

I can already envision his first statement about the incident ” man i’ll s..k your d..k” or maybe “Everybody’s running, but half of them ain’t looking It’s going on in the kitchen But I don’t know what’s cooking”

Terrell Owens went to his web site to release his first statement since being cut by the Dallas Cowboys. Here is what T.O. had to say:

“I want to thank Jerry Jones, Coach Phillips and the Dallas Cowboys for the opportunity to be a member of the team for the past three years. A big thanks to the fans – you’ve been awesome! I look forward to the upcoming season and continuing to play in the NFL. I would like to extend my thoughts and prayers to the families of Marquis Cooper, Corey Smith and William Bleakley.”

This was probably put together and thought about for his  image but a classy move on T.O.’s part in the handling of his release. The time for payback will be when he signs with the Redskins!!

Former college football star — and NFL bust — Brian Bosworth was pulled over for a DUI last night … on his Harley!

Cops pulled over The Boz on Hollywood Blvd. for having no license plate on his bike, but detected alcohol on his breath. He failed the breathalyzer and was arrested and taken into custody at about 3:00 AM. We’re told he was very cooperative.

He is currently being held on $5,000 bail.

The Boz is making headlines for something other than a bad C list movie, or getting run over by BO Jackson !

Suns fans, if not Suns players and management, have been clinging to the hope of “if only they reach the playoffs, Amare will return to save the day.”

Not that they were even a playoff team with STAT in the lineup, but you would at least think the Amare, Nash and Shaq Big Three would give the Suns a fighting chance against anybody in this unconventional system.

No need to worry about that any more after Amare’s doctor told The Arizona Republic on Thursday that STAT will definitively not be returning to the court this season.

“Not this season, not at all,” Dr. Pravin Dugel told the paper. “It’s very difficult to explain to anyone how serious this is. It’s more serious than any knee or ankle surgery. The healing is excruciatingly slow and delicate.”

If anybody is going to come riding in on a white horse to save te season at this point the only option is Stromile Swift, and who honestly thinks that is going to happen?

Now the question is was Amare’s 42-point masterpiece on 15-for-20 shooting on that fateful Feb. 18 evening in Los Angeles the last time he will suit up in a Phoenix uniform?

At the deadline I would have said it’s very likely that 2008-09 will be it for Amare in Phoenix, but I can’t see teams exactly mortgaging their futures to deal for a player they will control for only one season coming off surgery that his doctor described as more serious than any knee surgery, even the microfracture procedure STAT already came back from.

Hey Everyone!! Hope you all are having a great week and are as happy as I am. Life is really good. Ive been crazy busy with work. I just got back from a business trip to Tokyo, It was amazing! I Love it over there, everyone is so sweet.
