President Obama called Special Olympics Chairman Tim Shriver from Air Force One last night to apologize for the joke he made last evening on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Shriver said on ABC-TV’s Good Morning America a short time ago.

“He expressed his disappointment and apologized,” Shriver told GMA. “He was very sincere.”

LPGA legend Annika Sorenstam released a statement on her website that she is pregnant.  “We have had a lot of exciting changes in the past few months, and adding a new addition to our family later this fall will certainly be at the top of that list.  We are absolutely thrilled and look forward to this new chapter of our lives!  We appreciate the love and support that we have received from our family, friends, and of course my fans.  This will be the first child for the expecting mother.   

Annika and her life partner must be soo proud.  I’m curious to see if they release the name of the sperm donor.  Imagine if Tiger Woods donated his sperm, that kid would be one hell of a golfer.  Congrats Annika, by the looks of the picture above, you are not the butch in this relationship.
