Ryan Moats, an NFL running back for the Houston Texans, was trying to get family members to Baylor Regional Medical Center in Plano, Texas early March 17, where his mother-in-law was moments away from death from breast cancer.

Dallas police officer Robert Powell, 25, approached Moats’ SUV outside the hospital emergency room with his gun drawn and pointed at distraught family members.   He ordered Ryan’s wife, Tamishia Moats, to get back into the vehicle but she ignored him and ran into the building to be with her mother.  Even after learning the dire nature of their situation, the officer continued to detain the NFL player for running a red light.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Prosecutors in Florida want a judge to restrict actor Wesley Snipes’ international travel because they say he attended a lavish party in Dubai while free on bond as he appeals a tax conviction.

Snipes attended the $20 million party last November for the opening of the $1.5 billion Atlantis Hotel resort, U.S. attorneys in Ocala, Fla., said in court filings Tuesday.

Rihanna’s red lips popped while she arrived at Nobu in LA last night before heading over to Les Deux. She’s been frequenting the club scene with her girls in LA ever since visiting Jay-Z, who may have been the one to suggest she take a break from Chris Brown. While Rihanna’s been keeping her days busy with house hunting, she also flew out her tattoo artist to add to her collection — this time with two small guns under her arms. The artist apparently wanted to put them on her shoulders, but joked about Rihanna’s CoverGirl contract paying the bills so they opted for the more hidden location.

It looks like she took advice from Nas and got herself a gun !!
