The woman accusing Ben Roethlisberger of sexual assault claims she tried to tell the head of hotel security about the incident the day after it happened — but the guy completely blew her off and threatened her job.

In her lawsuit filed last week in Nevada, Andrea McNulty claims Guy Hyder — the chief of security at Harrah’s in Lake Tahoe — told her she was “over-reacting” and that “most girls would feel lucky to have sex with someone like Ben Roethlisberger.”

ESPN the Leader in Sports is still not reporting the Ben Roethlisberger sexual assault accusations from Harrah’s employee Andrea McNulty. Earlier today Jemele Hill, who is employed by ESPN and can be seen on the show First and 10 had this reply on Twitter as to why the network was not reporting the incident : “We have a specific ESPN policy regarding civil complaints w/ no criminal proceedings”   The only question I have then is this a new policy because it wasn’t applied  when ESPN reported the Randy Moss Civil suit back in January of 2007 .  Here is a link to the story :

I can’t say its a racist thing but there is an agenda IMO  . Who is pushing the buttons at ESPN these days, they handle the Erin Andrews situation completely wrong (Unless they want the pub) then they still haven’t reported the Roethlisberger case, when will they have to ?? It is being reported now by almost all sports media !!

It has been almost 24 hours since word of a sexual assault lawsuit against Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger surfaced, and sports news giant ESPN has yet to report on the situation.

Sources connected to the Ben Roethlisberger sexual assault case claim the psychiatric care the accuser says she’s under has nothing to do with Ben …. it has to do with a relationship she had with a man who never existed.

Andrea McNulty has sued Roethlisberger, the Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl champ, claiming he sexually assaulted her in July 2008. Sources tell us Roethlisberger and McNulty had a sexual liaison at the time but Ben insists it was purely consensual. We’re told the two knew each other because Ben had stayed at Harrah’s in Lake Tahoe over the last several years for golf tournaments — and she worked at the hotel.

In a complaint that reads like the rape allegations made several years ago against NBA star Kobe Bryant, Harrah’s employee Andrea McNulty alleges sexual assault against Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger in a lawsuit filed last week in Washoe County, Nevada.

But lawyer David Cornwell strongly denied the allegations Monday night, in a statement released to PFT.  “Ben has never sexually assaulted anyone; especially Andrea McNulty,” Cornwell said.

Often it can be easier to find common ground with a white person by talking to them about something you both hate.  Discussing things you both like might lead to an argument over who likes it more or who liked it first.  Clearly, the safest route is mutual hatred.  When choosing to talk about something that white people hate, it’s best to choose something that will allow white people to make clever comments or at the very least feel better about themselves.  Currently, the easiest way to do that is to ask a white person for their thoughts on people who wear Ed Hardy.
