Lamar Odom to resign with Lakers 4 years 40 million

Our Friends at BSO are reporting that a deal is done between the Los Angeles Lakers and Free Agent Lamar Odom. The deal is rumored to be 4 years 40 million dollars and the only hold up is Dr. Jerry Buss’s signature to finalize it. Odom was getting serious interest from the Miami Heat , with superstar Dwayne Wade campaigning for him to come back home to South Beach, where Odom use to play and still owns a house. Miami was thought to have a shot , offering less money (No State Tax in Florida) but more years than the 3 year deal originally offered to Odom from LA.
I don’t care what any one says the Lakers needed that to keep pace with the Spurs in the West. I hate them both but the Spurs are still the favorite and this is from the guy that picked the Lakers to win it all at the start of last season !! In celebration of Odom’s return, Lakers fans are turning the lights off and saying Candyman 5 times in mirror !!
