Internet History AT&T blocking 4Chan web site !! (Censoring the Web !!??)

HeyKobe.com just got word from a few sources that AT&T is blocking certain parts of the 4chan web site, in Southern California. A few people are reporting the same in San Francisco and Chicago as well. 4Chan.org is a very popular site, that started focusing on Anime but has branched off to cover topics ranging from anything to everything … literally. Many of their forums are definitely NSFW, some touching on taboo subjects as well. They are mostly known in the mainstream for LOLCats and the Rick-rolling craze as well as starting the Erin Andrews David Wright sex tape rumors (witch ESPN had to address) .

PITTSFORD, N.Y. — Buffalo Bills receiver Terrell Owens is disappointed in the way NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is considering Michael Vick’s reinstatement now that the former Atlanta Falcons quarterback has served a 23-month prison sentence for his role in an illegal dogfighting ring.

Owens called the possibility of an additional Vick suspension to start the season, possibly for four games, “ridiculous” while meeting with reporters after Sunday morning’s training camp session at St. John Fisher College.

ATLANTA (AP)—Vernon Forrest, a former three-time champion who gained stardom when he became the first boxer to defeat “Sugar” Shane Mosley, was shot and killed during an apparent robbery in Atlanta, police said Sunday.

Atlanta Police Sgt. Lisa Keyes said in an e-mail Sunday that Forrest, 38, was shot “multiple times in the back” Saturday night. Keyes said there are no suspects.
