Last week Florida rapper Briscoe was robbed at gunpoint at a barbershop when 4 men with guns drawn entered . They took his chains, watch, money and the keys to his Range Rover, witch was later recovered. Here is the surveillance video below, notice when what the cop says about the incident, when he makes his statement. Is he serious … ??!!
