Hey Miles what do you think of Peyton Manning not shaking hands or congratulating the Saints after the game ?

I never cared for Manning as a person, my question is why is some media sticking up for his actions yet everybody was so upset with LeBron James when he did the same thing, on a way lesser stage (NBA Playoff game) … ??

I’ve been lucky enough to meet both of the Super bowl Champions, Payton Manning and Drew Brees. I met Payton first in 2001 at the Pro Bowl in Hawaii. At the time, Payton was my favorite player. The Pro Bowl trip was a college graduation present from my father. However, these tickets were awesome (on the field) like a press pass style, standing next to the best players in the NFL. I was on top of the world. I waited till the end of the game to approach any of the players, so after the game I ask Payton will you sign my ball? “Sure Thing” said Payton “Just give me a minute”. So I waited, as all the other players went to the locker room, I waited as Payton flirts with a few girls, I waited as he lets these girls wear his football helmet and he takes several pictures, when he finally got done, about 10 minutes later. He looked at me and started to walk away, I said, can you sign my ball? “NO” with a tone in his voice.
I met Drew Brees In 2007 at a Scottsdale Az venue. I was working a meet and great for Visa and little did I know Drew Brees was the guest speaker. I got to introduce him and control the volume of the microphone. I Must say he had class, he was funny and his wife was sweet too. I was working so, I never asked for an autograph until the end, when I saw the cooks and staff come out from the back and ask him for an autograph and he was happy to, I knew this was my chance, but I literally was the last one in line. The thing that got me, was when it was my turn, he took his time with me talked for a few minutes with me, thanked me for the good introduction and signed a 8 x 10 picture, I still have in my office today.
I’m so happy Brees won on Sunday!
