Keli McGregor, president of the Colorado Rockies baseball team, was found dead in his hotel Tuesday morning.

Police received a call before 9 a.m. that a man had been found unconscious at the Grand American hotel in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, police spokesman Detective Rick Wall told CNN.

Oakland A’s top prospect Grant Desme is leaving baseball to become a Catholic Priest. Desme was the 2009 Arizona Fall League MVP after hitting .315  with 11 Hrs and 27 RBI in 27 games. He was a 2007 2nd round pick of the A’s after being named Big West player of the year, while attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

He will definitely be able to help the A’s more as a Priest than as a player … at least he can pray for them !! Speaking of Cal Poly SLO, I use to party down there back in the day, they had the original Jamba Juice called Juice Club witch started it all, so make sure to show your respect !!
