70 year old golfer loses arm when Alligator in Golf Course pond bites it off !!
Friday, October 9th, 2009
BEAUFORT, S.C. — Officials say an alligator bit off part of a golfer’s arm as he leaned over to pick up his ball at a private South Carolina course.
The man, who is in his 70s, was retrieving his ball from a pond when the 10-foot alligator bit him at Ocean Creek Golf Course in Beaufort County. The gator pulled the golfer into the pond and ripped off his arm in the struggle. His golf partners were able to free him.
Wildlife workers killed the alligator and retrieved the arm in the hopes it might be reattached.
The man has not been identified. He was being treated at the Medical University of South Carolina, but officials there would not release any information about him.
A call to the golf course was not immediately returned.
If I was that poor old man, I would have went # 1 # 2 and # 3 in my depends !! That is why I don’t golf !!

Former WWE Star Bob Lashley destroys MMA opponent in 24 seconds !!
Saturday, May 16th, 2009
Don’t make fun of Bobby Lashley and his pro wrestling background. The former WWE star said he was incensed by the fact that his opponent Mike Cook came to the cage in a lucha libre mask a la Nacho Libre.
Lashley is generally a polite, sportsman but he refused to touch gloves with Cook. He charged Cook in the opening seconds and missed with a huge right. Cook made the mistake of dropping his head. Lashley, a big MMA heavyweight at 6-foot-3, 249 pounds, grabbed onto Cook’s head with his left arm. From there, he used his bulk to lean on Cook and it took just a few seconds for Cook to wilt under Lashley’s weight. Lashley flattened out Cook (7-4) and re-positioned his right arm to cinch on a choke. Cook’s legs could be seen quivering and referee John McCarthy had to step in to stop the fight. All that in just 24 seconds.

Good Luck tonight!! to HeyKobe.com friend Mark Munoz UFC 96
Saturday, March 7th, 2009
A lot of athletes preach about staying true to their roots. Every Monday and Wednesday, Mark Munoz lives it, teaching young wrestlers (some as young as his seven year
old son) the basics of the sport that has given him his athletic foundation and that has carried him to the UFC after just five professional fights.
Sure, it’s a way to help make ends meet as he begins his UFC journey this weekend against Matt Hamill, but once he starts talking about the sport he has been immersed in since the age of 13, you get the impression that this is almost certainly a labor of love.
“Wrestling’s my love and my passion,” said Munoz. “I love doing it and I truly believe I have a gift in doing it.”
So for two nights every week, Munoz’ wrestling club at Irvin High School takes precedence in his life, and he’s drilling the basics into his students’ heads.
Chris Brown’s day in Court – No Plea Yet
Thursday, March 5th, 2009Chris Brown and his attorney Mark Geragos did not enter a plea to the two felony charges. The judge granted Brown’s request for a continuance to April 6th.

It is unclear why they wanted to postpone the case — possibly to conduct further investigations or possibly to strike a plea deal. We just don’t know…
Based on our information, it seems Brown wants to avoid a trial at all costs because the picture of Rihanna taken one day after the incident — which has not been seen anywhere publicly — is unbelievable.
UFC fighter arrested after high speed chase

Drunken revelers kept metro area police scrambling on New Year’s Eve, including an allegedly intoxicated professional “ultimate fighter” who caused a car crash in downtown Des Moines then took off at speeds topping 100 mph.
Joshua Martin Neer, a 25-year-old Iowan who is competing in Tampa next month in an Ultimate Fighting Championship, was charged with a felony after leading police on a 20-mile chase that ended on Interstate 80.
Police records show Neer was one of more than 50 people arrested on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day in the metro area.
Just after midnight, a squad car on routine patrol was stopped for a red light on Court Avenue when the car behind rear-ended it, according to a written report. The woman told police her car was also struck from behind.
The 25-year-old male driver in the third car, a black Audi Quattro, then pulled out, crossed into oncoming traffic on Court Avenue, and turned north on Fourth Street, the police report stated.
Police chased the Audi 20 miles.
At Sixth and Euclid avenues, the officer attempted a stop the fleeing car by hitting the back right quarter panel with the front left side of the squad car, a technique known as a precision immobilization technique, or PIT maneuver.
The Audi spun around but the driver regained control and continued west on Euclid Avenue.
Des Moines police continued the chase as the Audi traveled into Urbandale, then onto Interstate Highway 80 eastbound. The Audi reached speeds in excess of 100 mph in a 65 mph zone, the police report says.
The chase ended at mile marker 137.
Police charged Neer, of 3535 Jersey Ridge Road No. 312 in Davenport, with felony eluding and second-offense operating while intoxicated shortly after 1 a.m. on New Year’s Day, records show.
No one was killed or seriously injured in drinking-related incidents on New Year’s Eve or the wee hours of New Year’s Day, Des Moines Police Sgt. Jeffrey Phillips said today.
About 25 people were arrested specificially on intoxication-related charges, and more were getting picked up and jailed in the morning.
“They’re just coming to and trying to find out how to get home,” Phillips said.
In Des Moines during a 32-hour period ending at 8:30 a.m. today, a total of 58 people were arrested for various charges, including public indecent exposure, domestic assault, interference with official acts and drunk driving.
Clive police made three drunk driving arrests and a couple disorderly conduct arrests. Urbandale police arrested a man for public intoxication after he was seen stumbling down the street this morning, police said.
