Spencer Pratt announced earlier today that he was leaving the MTV show The Hills to work for the cyber security division of American Defense Enterprises. Now we are getting the real reason he if taking a leave of absence.

He was asked to leave by MTV after threatening a female producer on the show. He allegedly went crazy and screamed at the producer telling her ” I should kill you for even asking me to do that” The woman was so rattled she filed a complaint with MTV, who really wanted to fire him. We are hearing that Spencer will be required to take anger management training once a week for the 6 weeks, then he will be able to return.

Spencer, why don’t you quit acting like a spoiled little Pratt and grow up !! You do realize you have no actual talent or skill, remember that !!

Erin Andrews‘ stalker, Michael David Barrett, was just sentenced to 30 months in prison.

Barrett — who pled guilty in December to one count of interstate stalking — has until noon on May 3 to turn himself in.

Barrett also has to stay 100 yards away from Erin and her family at all times.Barrett was accused of secretly videotaping Andrews while she was naked in multiple hotel rooms.During a news conference after the hearing, Erin said she wished Barrett was sentenced to more time behind bars. She also said she considers Barrett a sexual predator.

It’s funny how he gets 30 months (Witch he deserved) and one of my boys who used to play on the Eagles told me how they had a peephole in the locker room to spy on the cheerleaders changing and to my knowledge no players ever got in trouble …

Here is an interesting bit of information that our friends at MediaTakeout are reporting concerning the Steelers Ben Rothlesberger :

March 15, 2010. MediaTakeOut.com just receive a STARTLING bit of news. As you already know, NFL superstar Ben Rothlesberger is being accused by a Georgia woman of sexually assaulting her in the bathroom.

But now MORE DETAILS of the alleged assault are coming out. According to one INHERENTLY RELIABLE source connected with the case, the 20 year old woman was reportedly INTOXICATED during the incident.

And it gets worse, the insider told MediaTakeOut.com that during the incident (we’re calling it an “incident” since dude is innocent until proven guilty) the woman reportedly URINATED. Our insider speculated that she “peed” because she was so drunk.

DAYUMMMMM!!! This whole story is just a MESS!!!

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) — Toyota is expected to challenge a California driver’s story of an out-of-control Prius at a press conference Monday afternoon in California.

A draft congressional memo obtained by CNN on Sunday outlines Toyota’s case. The memo was written by congressional staffers present during a joint investigation of the incident by Toyota Motor Co. and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Prius owner Jim Sikes made national headlines last week with claims that his car’s accelerator got stuck as he sped up to pass a car while traveling on California’s I-8 highway outside of San Diego.

“As I was going, I was trying the brakes … and it just kept speeding up,” he said.

According to the congressional memo, Sikes’ claims “do not appear to be feasibly possible.”

Sikes said he called 9-1-1 for help as he was traveling in excess of 90 mph on a winding, hilly portion of the interstate. He said dispatchers tried to talk him through ways to stop the car, but nothing helped.

Eventually, a California Highway Patrol officer was able to catch up to Sikes and used the patrol car’s public address system to instruct Sikes to apply the brakes and the emergency brake at the same time. That tactic worked, and he was able to stop the car.

However, because driving a hybrid car like the Prius with both the gas pedal and the brakes simultaneously depressed would cause serious damage to the car’s electric motor and, possibly other systems, Toyota says the Prius is designed to prevent that from happening.

If the brake is pressed at the same time as the gas pedal, power to the engine will be reduced just as if the gas pedal had been released, the automaker said. During driving tests on Sikes’ Prius and on an identical 2008 Prius, the system operated as expected, according the report, preventing the car from pushing forward while braking.

Investigators are extremely meticulous when taking apart a car in a case like this, said Ed Higgins, a Michigan personal injury attorney who has been involved in automobile defect cases. They are aware their work will be subject to intense scrutiny so they measure and document everything, he said.

“I would think that any mechanical defect that would have allowed something to happen that otherwise could not have happened would have stood out like a sore thumb,” he said.

The car also did not show damage consistent with the engine having been running at full throttle while the brakes were on, according to the report.

The car’s brakes did show significant wear, the report said, but it was not clear, from the report, whether the brake wear was a result of the alleged problem or if most of that wear might have been present beforehand and might even have contributed to a problem slowing the car.

The brake wear might also have been caused by a driver “riding the brakes” or not pressing down hard enough on the brakes to cause the engine to cut out, said Dan Edmunds, head of auto testing for the automotive Web site Edmunds.com.

Edmunds.com has independently tested Prius cars similar to Sikes and found that the engine would stay engaged if the brakes were only pressed lightly, he said, but not hard enough to actually stop or slow the car.

“If you’re just riding the brakes, it will ride the brakes,” he said.

“These findings certainly raise new questions surrounding the veracity of the sequence of events that has been reported by Mr. Sikes,” said Kurt Bardella, spokesman for Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and ranking member of the committee.

Sikes’ attorney, John Gomez, denied that the report proves his client was wrong about what happened to his car.

“The notion that they weren’t able to replicate it in this particular case tells us nothing,” he said. “They haven’t been able to replicate a single one of these.”

Sikes has no plans to sue Toyota, Gomez said.

Toyota recently issued widespread recalls due to problems related to the accelerator pedal in several of its auto models. One theory behind the sticky accelerators is the vehicles’ floor mats. But Sikes said last week, “My mat was perfect. There was nothing wrong with my mat.”

He said before the incident, he had taken his 2008 Prius into a Toyota dealership and gave workers his recall notice, but was told his car wasn’t on the recall list.

Corey Haim’s death is now under investigation — and has been linked to an “illegal and massive prescription drug ring.”

State Attorney General Jerry Brown says his office is conducting a probe of Haim’s death because an unauthorized prescription in his name was found during a probe of fraudulent drug-prescription pads in San Diego.

Brown said the prescription drug ring under investigation operates by ordering prescription drug pads from authorized vendors using stolen doctor identities — i.e., identity fraud.

The pads are sold on the street to prescription drug addicts or dealers.

The A.G. notes that many of the doctors whose names are printed on the forms are unaware that his or her identity has been stolen.

This is interesting since just yesterday a friend of mine was saying how she never noticed how her prescription meds she was getting from a certain pharmacy had a doctors name on it that wasn’t hers !!
